Carboneg has been actively contributing to tackling climate change since 2021, focusing on expanding regenerative agriculture and countryside development. As a Czech startup centered on carbon farming, we support farmers in enhancing soil quality, increasing fertility, and reducing the carbon footprint of agricultural production. By adopting regenerative agriculture principles, we improve soil health, promote biodiversity, enhance water retention in landscapes, and sequester atmospheric carbon as soil organic matter. Farmers are rewarded for each ton of CO2 stored in their soil, with funding from the sale of certified carbon credits to businesses aiming to offset their emissions and achieve climate goals. Regenerative agriculture presents an environmentally sustainable and economically viable system, offering a holistic solution through fertile soil that yields high-quality, nutrient-rich food. Carboneg was founded in 2021 by Benefit Management s.r.o.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Carboneg's mission and projects.
Organize promotional events, direct mail campaigns, and other targeted marketing initiatives to raise awareness and support for regenerative agriculture practices.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales team, graphic designers etc.) and external partners to create marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of carbon neutrality and regenerative agriculture.
Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness , adjusting strategies to maximize reach and impact..
Identifying and pursuing opportunities to showcase our products and services at relevant industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing.
Understanding of environmental issues and commitment to sustainability.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Open-minded and honest person with the ability to admit mistakes and work independently.
Fluency in Czech and English
