The company offers its startups tech and business support, which facilitates market launch and growth of new companies. Daftcode works with individual startup founders, early-stage projects and existing startups looking for financing rounds or support in commercialization and business scaling.

You will join an experienced DevOps Team working as a shared service for an ecosystem of modern financial services startups.
This is a B2B opportunity. We estimate a range between 18 000 - 24 000 PLN on the monthly invoice.

Our Tech Stack is AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, Gitlab i Gitlab-CI, PostgreSQL, LGTM (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir).

1. Ensuring the continuous operation of mission-critical systems in the financial sector, with a strong focus on reliability and high availability.
2. Scaling and evolving the existing infrastructure to seamlessly handle growing traffic and new business requirements.
3. Enhancing monitoring systems and implementing proactive mechanisms for rapid detection and incident resolution.
4. Co-creating and refining the on-call management process, while actively participating in on-call rotations after 6 months of cooperation.
5. Participating in on-call duties, which are additionally compensated.
6. Collaborating with development teams to architect and implement solutions that optimize our overall ecosystem.
