Overview

As our GTM motion becomes more complex, we are hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Operations Manager to improve how we generate, qualify, and convert demand into pipeline in a structured and scalable way.

This role sits within the Marketing Technology team and focuses on improving funnel performance through better systems, better data, and better execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone with high ownership and agency that is technically skilled and comfortable working in HubSpot and the wider GTM stack, and who can move between analysis, system building, and execution with a clear focus on business impact.

You will own growth outcomes, measured on pipeline, conversion, and lead quality moving in the right direction, and you use the systems you build to get there.

The process is practical and grounded in real scenarios we deal with in our GTM stack.

1. Own and optimize HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing, properties, and reporting
2. Improve lead capture, attribution, tracking, and lifecycle management
3. Ensure CRM data, automation, and operational processes are accurate, reliable, and scalable
4. Support segmentation, enrichment, and qualification processes that improve targeting and lead quality
5. Analyze funnel performance across marketing and sales stages
6. Identify friction points and conversion bottlenecks
