The project and the role description:

We are looking for a senior React Developer with strong frontend development skills in TypeScript (React) and some knowledge of Python (FastAPI) , SQL , Unix , and Kubernetes , who understands the concepts to be applied to application development, to join our client's team.

Our German client is an AI-driven biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of advanced medicines. Their vision is to make data science a driver of innovation in oncology .

Team:
You will be part of the "Radiology" sub-team within the ODSP (Oncology Data Science Platform), which consists of approximately 100 dedicated professionals across various scientific disciplines. The Radiology team is a focused group of fewer than 10 experts. We follow an Agile methodology, primarily Scrum, ensuring a collaborative and iterative approach to development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the Ravioly platform, focusing on delivering intuitive and efficient front-end solutions for radiology and oncology research.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, data scientists, and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of imaging tools and AI models.
• Work with 3D visualization tools to support the accurate annotation and follow-up of patients' tumors.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to the technical design, and maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
• Leverage cloud technologies (AWS) to optimize and scale the application in a secure and efficient manner.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in J avaScript, TypeScript, and React for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Solid experience with Python for scripting and integrating with back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Bash for efficient system operations.
• Experience with SQL databases (preferably Postgres) for data management.
• Basic understanding of cloud services , especially AWS (EC2, S3).
• Fluency in English (C1) to work effectively in a multinational team;
• Location in CZECHIA or SLOVAKIA for easy signing of cooperation offers and occasional team meetings.
