1. Be part of a team responsible for providing L2 and L3 production support across global Client's IT and OT network infrastructure such as Router/Switch, Firewall, Load-balancing, DNS etc.
2. Network troubleshooting to deliver desired performance or break-fix.
3. Working with various IT teams including Incident Management during crisis situations and OT teams (Real Estate, Cybersecurity) representing the Connectivity team.
4. Work within global diverse team of engineers and vendors to provide support on a “follow the Sun” basis.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement activities to drive down infrastructure outages and repeat failures, working with both internal engineering teams and external vendors to improve the service
6. Ensure global standards are set and adhered to.
