We Are Hiring a Procurement Manager!

For our client, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join as a
Global Contract Manufacturing Procurement Category Manager.

Your new role  

• Oversee global procurement of products from contract manufacturing organizations (CMO).
• Manage the category of finished and semi-finished pharmaceutical products.
• Achieve savings, optimize costs, ensure supply continuity, and manage contracts.
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive quality and supply improvements.
• Manage a portfolio of global external suppliers.
• Identify and execute savings plans.
• Develop long-term sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate and monitor contracts.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify synergies and monitor market trends.
• Support technical transfers, insourcing, and new product launches.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and policies.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Bachelor's degree is minimum
• 5+ years of procurement experience in an international environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
