Position: Customer Coordinator |GERMAN| Work environment: Corporate business/ Healthcare Your daily responsibilities will be:

• Daily communication with customers in Dutch via phone or mail
• Answering all of the customer's inquires
• Working with company system according to company parameters
• Adding new customers into the company system
• Being ready to calm down customers if needed
• Administrative and ad-hoc tasks

• Strong command of German and English (C1 level)
• SAP ERP experience is an advantage; similar order processing ERPs such as Oracle etc. are also considered
• Previous customer service experience is an absolute must (ideally SSC environment)
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong PC skills (MS Office, ERP)
• Stress resistant, ability to work independently
