1. Lead high-impact consulting projects for clients across Workforce Transformation, Total Rewards, HR transformation, digital HR, talent management, change management and process optimisation;
2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them make better people-related decisions and design reward and HR solutions that support their business strategy;
3. Work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from leading market players and international organisations to ambitious family businesses;
4. Translate client data, market insights and survey results into compelling analyses, recommendations and practical implementation plans;
5. Prepare senior-level presentations and proposals that combine strong content, clear storytelling and excellent visual quality;
6. Lead and motivate project teams, support junior colleagues and collaborate closely with partners, directors and client stakeholders;
