1. Lead day-to-day delivery across the project team and ensure alignment of all workstreams
2. Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and blockers
3. Act as central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and reporting
4. Drive quality of deliverables and ensure readiness for key milestones (e.g. PI objectives, releases)
5. Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams
6. Support backlog refinement and ensure clarity of requirements (in close alignment with PO/BA roles)
