We are looking for a Software Engineer with solid experience in the .NET ecosystem to join our IT Services (ITS) team.

At Netcompany, you will become part of a growing and internationally recognized company. Our consultants rely on robust internal systems and tools every day, and the IT Services department plays a key role in developing and maintaining the solutions that support the entire organization. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving and automating internal processes, and building reliable software that makes a difference for colleagues across the business.

Tasks and Challenges

By joining IT Services at Netcompany, you will become part of a global team responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications and services used across the organization. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from different countries to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and support business operations.

At Netcompany, you will quickly become familiar with our systems, architecture, and ways of working. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of technical solutions, contribute to the evolution of our internal platforms, and continuously develop your technical skills while working with modern Microsoft technologies.

1. Design, develop and maintain internal business applications using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8).
2. Develop backend services and APIs supporting internal business processes.
3. Build and maintain user interfaces using Blazor or AngularJS.
4. Design, optimize and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
5. Develop automation scripts and operational tools using PowerShell.
6. Implement background processing and scheduled jobs using Hangfire.
