You responsibilities
- Problem-solving of technical challenges by phone and email
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Updating customer databases and CRM
We are looking for
- Fluent or almost fluent in speech and writing in both English and Danish
- Good social skills, same flair for IT
- Looking for a long-term position abroad in an exciting company
