We are looking for a talented, self-motivated individual, to work within the team developing the company’s next generation trading platform.

Because of the highly sensitive nature of financial trading, this position requires a strong focus on application security. You will not only be writing high-performance code but also actively hunting down vulnerabilities , fortifying our architecture, and implementing critical security patches to protect our systems.

Please note that the working hours must overlap with New York business hours. We prefer a full 8-hour overlap (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET), but require a minimum of 5 hours of overlap during this window.

1. Security & Hardening: Discover, patch, and resolve security vulnerabilities within the client-side Windows component of the trading platform.
2. AI-Assisted Development: Utilize modern AI tools (including Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Cursor Composer) to discover vulnerabilities, patch issues, and refactor the codebase.
3. Platform Enhancement: Strengthen existing components to make the C++ code more robust.
4. Core Engineering: Participate in application design, implementation, and rigorous code/design reviews.
5. Quality Assurance: Design and write unit tests to ensure robust, testable code.
