Customer service manager with German, 50 000 CZK

Our priority is not to find qualified professionals with extensive experience. We are willing to find motivated, client-oriented and communicative individuals who speak fluent English and German and are eager to learn. :) Customer service manager with German will be responsible for:

• Portfolio of assigned clients
• Processing of their orders in SAP
• Resolution of their queries and troubleshooting
• Related administrative tasks
• Reporting
• Communication within internal teams as well as with stakeholders

Contract: 1 year Start: immediately Location: Prague 3 Requirements:

• Previous experience from client care
• English and German min. B2+ in both oral and spoken form
• Perfect communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Professional attitude
