1. Build and maintain the transition roadmap, including migration waves, testing, cutover and decommissioning
2. Coordinate delivery across technical and business teams
3. Track dependencies, risks, issues and decisions, and escalate when needed
4. Run migration changes through the change management process (assessment, approval, scheduling, communication)
5. Coordinate functional, integration, performance, resilience and operational acceptance testing
6. Plan operational handover: support model, documentation, monitoring, backup, patching and incident procedures
