1. Maintain and update project plans, project data and resource assignments
2. Support onboarding and offboarding of project team members, including system access and timesheet setup
3. Maintain accurate project team and resource databases
4. Provide first-line support for time reporting and related system issues
5. Support users and approvers with time reporting processes and provide basic guidance when needed
6. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for project and business stakeholders

We are looking for a PMO Specialist to join the project management team and support project controls, resource administration and time reporting processes across the project portfolio.

The role combines operational PMO activities, data management, reporting and close cooperation with Project Managers and the Controlling team. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with processes, systems and multiple stakeholders.
