Senior Project Manager - Construction

About this opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and coordinate construction and real estate projects across various stages of preparation and delivery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing and coordinating construction projects in different phases of preparation and implementation
- Cooperating with clients, designers, technical supervisors, contractors and other project stakeholders
- Monitoring schedules, deadlines, quality and delivery of agreed project outputs
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports and materials for the client
- Coordinating tender processes and communication with subcontractors
- Monitoring budgets, costs and change requests
- Participating in site inspections, site meetings and regular project meetings
- Supporting permitting processes, due diligence or technical assessments depending on the type of project
- Handling day-to-day project agenda and communication with the internal team

Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- Experience in coordination or management of construction projects
- Good understanding of construction documentation, schedules and basic construction processes
- Ability to communicate with contractors, designers, investors and authorities
- Independent, responsible and proactive approach
- Ability to complete tasks and follow them through
- Good organizational skills and overview of project activities
- User knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, KROS or similar tools is an advantage
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level) for international communication.
- Proficiency in Czech (minimum B2 level).
- Right to work in the Czech Republic.
Qualifications
- Education in construction, civil engineering or a related technical field
