Product Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive quality assurance in system integration and module projects with focus on entry and handover criteria
• Lead FMEA and Safety Risk Assessment processes at module and system levels
• Develop test plans, procedures, and coverage for requirements and reliability verification
• Support design teams in implementing Design for Reliability and performing root-cause analyses
• Provide project management with clear PQA status updates and readiness assessments

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 3 years experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience in complex technical systems
• Background in physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or systems engineering
• Experience developing and testing low-volume, complex high-tech systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with statistical methods and DOE experience
• Excellent documentation, technical writing, and cross-functional communication abilities
• Proficient English language skills and ability to travel 10-20% as needed
• Six Sigma or related certifications preferred
